Went to get myself prepared when the clock hit sharply @ 6pm.
Decided to wear pink though I don't really like wearing pink.
For some reasons, I find that pink looks winsome.
& I've long passed that certain specific age. Lol !
Just in time , while I was about to be done, bf came home.
So he went to change in a jiffy & we headed to VIPS steakhouse.
Sad but true, I don't do liquor/ wine.
Ok, don't go " 真的吗 ?不要讲骗话 LEH?。"
If that is the case, let's just skip this & get this over with.
Don't really like how the cutlery sits in.
Here comes the menu.

Anyway, when I dined @ a particular restaurant that I would usually pratronize,
even if it's not more than 3 times, I wouldn't bother to look through the menu.
I would just go along with the usual ones that I used to have.

Friends who actually dined with me a couple of times noticed it.
& there were like " WAH , YOU EAT BUEY SIAN AH ? "
Then I would go " YA LA, I'M NOT AN ADVENTUROUS EATER. SO ? '

I really would love to give 100 pennies to those people who can
literally look into the menu for quite awhile as though they are
memorizing script @ the tips of their fingers. What sialzxzx.
My desirable choice would still be stone grill.
Only idiots would enjoy steak on a platter. Lol.
Its a pity that not all steak lovers knows the general facts
of what they're eating. I don't know why but it just bothers me.

Anyway, fyi, tenderloin is the 1 of the most expensive cut of the beef.
Why is that so ? That is because .. ..
Technically speaking, the most expensive cuts of beef are taken from the
most tender parts of the cow. These are the parts that don’t get
“overworked” in the animal’s lifetime. That is why they are so tender.

Its a pity that they don't sell Wagyu.
They too, are tender and very flavorful.
However, they are very rare, they're imported from japan & raised in the U.S.
That explains why they're the most expensive cut of beef.
I sound like one beef specialist & I know its getting annoying.

This is what my dad had taught me from young.
I told ya, I'm excessively devoted to red meat.
I love protein food more than carbohydrates in actual.
Oh wait, I see mine name there. Lol !
So after saying so much, I'm gonna conclude that I got a dish
of Lobster Tenderlione with abalone on stone grill. Lol !

Andrew was damn guailan, the minute we stepped into the steakhouse,
I saw him not looking through the menu & I asked him why.
He answered me " Just go to the back page & choose the most expensive
dish, that wouldn't go any wrong. " Lol ! Ended up, he had the same
main dish as mine. which is = to the most expensive one. Lol !

& coincidentally, they were only left with 3 servings.
Because that particular dish has only limited sources each day.
So ya, we were pretty lucky, I would say.
When I was young, I remembered that I'd carried the most anticipation when it
comes to salad bar. I would run to them like a stereotypical duck flapping into the river.
But as I grow up, not much of a fetish anymore. Probably got sick of it.
Varieties are the spice of life.
Actually I was not allowed to take pictures of the salad bar.
But seriously, I couldn't care less but to take the risk.
Smoked salmon, prawns etc. Actually I still prefer sashimi though.
Both westerners & asians each have their pros & cons.
So basically, its up to an individuality to weigh them.
Love those water storing baby tomatoes. Love anything that is raw.
Luckily my mother gave birth to me with a strong immune system to eat raw.
One love for the mother's pride. We should be doing this together. Lol !
Main course took quite awhile to be served.
But after all, totally worth it. I love steaks @ medium rare.
Totally awesome with the succulent piece of meat.
Okay, now, life couldn't get any better than this.
Not even carlsberg. JIAOWEI ! Lol !
Even by looking @ it, I can tell ya floating to heaven. Lol !

I prefer lobster than abalone. Anyway, that is not a crayfish or tiger prawn. Lol !
I felt bloated right after the main course , & I skipped the desserts.
Took a random shot while waiting for bf & andrew to finish up their desserts.
They are really gluttons, I tell you. The worst nightmare could ever happen to me
is to step into a buffet eatery with bf & his friend. They go crazzzzayeeee.

I think a couple of days back, I saw bf in a herd of elephants on discovery channel.
How awesome could it get to be on that channel. Lol !
Okay, this marks the end of my post. Just 1 dinner,
I think I'm about to fill up J.K Rowling's 1/4 of Harry Potter & the order of phoenix
that consisted of 926 pages ( Tailor made situations )

Initially, I wanted to go shopping after that dinner. But once we were done, it was already
going 10pm in Korea, hence most of the shops were closed. Bf suggested billiard,
I skipped through that. Cause Koreans don't play the international way like
how we normally would. They play 3 ball billiard instead.
So yeah, hope you're enjoying your life to the fullest too ☺.
